Storage and security
Form submissions are sent to our business mailbox and kept in a protected file on our web server that cannot be accessed from the internet. Access is limited to authorized VIGIVANCE staff. The website uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and registration details only as long as needed for the purpose they were given, or as required by law, and then delete them.
Your rights
Under applicable data-protection law, including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent. Email info@vigivance.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
